Flower Essence Consultations
A Flower Essence consultation takes approximately one hour, after the 'initial' consultation, which may take up to two hours. After selecting the appropriate formula, a reading follows to interpret the formula's benefits, adding insights into the journey which one may follow, highlighting the potential benefits. Spiritual counseling, advice and inspirational insights are offered when appropriate.
The formula comes with instructions on how to take it. A customized spray formula, synergized with aromatherapy will be given to compliment the journey.
The key to staying healthy is balance. With so much change, stress and lack of nature in our environments, our response to balance is often challenged. Flower essences support and help secure balance on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Flower essences, gem elixirs and other environmental elixirs are often referred to as ‘vibrational remedies’. All negative emotions have a corresponding essence to help balance the emotion. The frequencies of the elixirs, kick start the electrical system into motion.
The essences are usually taken internally (and are not to be mistaken as essential oils or herbal tinctures, although they can complement each other and other healing systems). Consultations consist of an interview in which the most appropriate formula is put together to help shift the client’s perspective to one of greater emotional healing and self-acceptance. There are no known negative side effects. Children have very positive responses to flower essences and so do animals, and even plants!

Flower Essence consultations can be combined with bodywork or energy work.
Full healing sessions are available, which include an initial cleansing and energizing of the aura & chakras before commencing a one-hour session of bodywork. This is followed with a flower essence formula to help balance and stabilize the process over the following days. Highly recommended for people who really want to move out of old negative patterns fast and effectively.

What to expect during a consultation

During a Flower Essence consultation, a custom formula is made with vibrational elixirs, (made from plant, minerals, starlight’s and environmental elixirs) for the client’s personal use. Dousing helps determine which ingredients a person's energy field resonates correctly with. The dousing method which I use (the pendulum), is conducted together with an esoteric team, who offer general assistance and insight. Using what’s termed as Co-creative science insures that everything the individual is able to ‘digest’ at the given time, will be stimulated and considered.
The client’s 'higher self' is included in this team, who help choose the appropriate essences after the intention is put forward by the client. People are encouraged to work with specific issues that are present in their lives. After selecting the appropriate formula, a breakdown and reading follows in order to interpret and understand the formula's benefits so that the healing journey may be approached with the multi-dimensional perspective that one needs. This includes offering spiritual and practical insights into the journey which is perceived to have been chosen by the client. The customized formula will assist with any shifts needed in order to help release trauma, karma or unnecessary habits, and regain the positive outlook on life we all inherently possess and deserve.
In the case when one chooses to have a remedy made after bodywork, the formula also functions to facilitate, stabilize, and balance the spiritual expansion that takes place. It helps one's healing progress, offering greater mind, body, spiritual balance.

People love spraying themselves with their personal formula. The external application of flower essences often help relieve physical complaints. The aromatherapy which is added, makes the spray formulas fun, healthy and good to use anytime, anywhere. This spray is great for facials, refreshers when traveling, or a vibrational ‘tune-up’ in your environment.
