In the Aquarian Age we are learning to go within to find our savior. We are the power we are looking for! My Philosophy     Nature’s nourishing and healing systems have supported us since the beginning of time. At present, our health and well being has been compromised by the polluting of the planet and atmosphere. The relationship between our soul, the planet and our physical vehicle is greatly affected by modern technologies. Medicine and Healing techniques of the Pisces Age no longer seem to work for many of us the way they use to. It seems that we are often on a conflicting path with nature, fighting and attempting to control that which is beyond our power- in the long run- as we shift into the' Age of Aquarius'. Nature is life and holds all the answers to teach, support and heal us on all levels. By being open and learning to trust our inner wisdom we can work in a co-creative endeavour with Nature. I have been guided in my work with great influences from my mentors and teachers Machaelle Small Wright (MAP, Co-Creative Gardening), Carlos Castaneda and the teachings of Abraham Hicks (Law of Attraction, The Secret Behind the Secret). There are many systems of healing from all over the world. All have value and work with our intent to make our lives more fulfilling. In addition, it would be great to reawaken our curiosity of life’s mysteries and set off on the adventure that lies within us all. Here at Shamanessence, the approach to self- improvement, development and healing is with our greatest multi-faceted tool; the body! The other aspects of self are respected and taken into consideration, yet everything lies with our cells, our DNA. Access through the physical is very affective. I have found over the years, that talk therapy doesn't actually help change anything unless supported by Flower Essences, Bodywork, or Acupuncture, NET, NLP, Body Tapping, Yoga, Dance, etc. Within the body, mind, soul connection- lies many a sophisticated systes, some of which we may have discovered and studied to a degree, many neglected, and many still to discover. For students who are open to taking Flower Essences to help balance& stabilize the sessions, I offer a personal formula at the end of the session, or administer during if necessary. Private and group lessons Lessons in Awareness Through Movement (Fledenkrais Method), Yoga, Pilate's, Deep Stretch, Dance and rolling out the muscles with the magic bolster and balls. Flower Essence Consultations Flower Essence and Gem elixirs are the vibrational imprints of flowers, crystals, or Environmental Elixirs, Starlight's- transferred and stabilized in water. They are very effective in helping us to recognize and rid ourselves of limiting or destructive patterns of behavior. The essences support us in extending our consciousness beyond its present state.
