mankind’s insatiable lust for material development has put our minds
on a conflicting path with nature. Nature is life and she holds all the
answers to teach, support and heal us on all levels. We need only be open
and trust our inner wisdom to follow her teaching, a skill which unfortunately,
most of us were not encouraged to develop when we were children.
There are many systems of healing from all over the world. All have value
and work with our intent to make our lives more fulfilling. In addition,
it would be great to reawaken our curiosity of life’s mysteries and
set off on the adventure that lies within us all. Here at Shamanessence,
the approach to self- improvement, development and healing is with our greatest
multi-faceted tool; the body! Within the body lies many sophisticated systems,
some of which we may have studied. But for all that we know, we still complain
of aches and pain and health problems so common, that they are taken for
granted and deemed as ‘normal’. It is our intent to make peace
with our physical vehicle – the body. Be in tune with our feelings
and emotions, and stop unnecessary fighting and resisting nature, and who
we really are!
